At Intimate Elegance, we prepare and ship orders with care, discretion, and efficiency. Our goal is to provide a smooth delivery experience while setting clear expectations about processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping responsibilities.

Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM CET are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier service:

  • Europe: typically 24/48 hours from dispatch.

  • International destinations: delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote delivery locations, or customs checks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size. If free shipping promotions are available, they will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch depending on the carrier.

Discreet Packaging

We value your privacy. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging wherever possible, with no product references visible on the outside of the parcel. Sensitive adult products are commonly shipped in plain packaging to protect customer privacy.

Shipping Areas

We ship to selected countries within Europe and, where available, to approved international destinations. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Customs authorities may also delay parcels for inspection.

Address Accuracy

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders

If a parcel is delayed, returned, or appears lost in transit, contact our customer support team with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping costs and return handling fees may be deducted from any applicable refund, where permitted by law.
